Welcome to AIBDA Online Store(the “Store”), a private marketplace operated by the All India Blood Donors Association (“AIBDA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
1. What the Store Is
The Store is a members-only discovery platform. It lets verified AIBDA Privilege Card holders browse products and services listed by AIBDA-approved providers (“Providers”). When you place an order, the Store generates an order summary and connects you with the Provider directly over WhatsApp. Payment, fulfilment, shipping, and delivery happen between you and the Provider; AIBDA does not process payments, hold money, or ship goods.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be an active AIBDA member to use the Store. We verify membership using your registered mobile number.
- You sign in using a one-time password (OTP) sent over WhatsApp. Keep the OTP private — never share it.
- You must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, delivery address) and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Placing an Order
- Adding an item to your cart and choosing “Checkout” generates an order code and opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to the Provider.
- An order code by itself does not create a contract. The contract is formed when you and the Provider confirm the order, price, payment, and delivery over WhatsApp.
- Prices, stock, and product details are set by Providers and may change at any time. The Store displays them in good faith but does not guarantee real-time accuracy.
4. Payment, Delivery & Refunds
- Payment is handled directly between you and the Provider. AIBDA is not a party to the payment.
- Delivery, returns, exchanges, warranty, and refunds are the Provider’s responsibility, governed by whatever terms the Provider communicates to you at the time of order.
- AIBDA does not guarantee delivery timelines, product quality, or refund outcomes.
- For any disputes, contact the Provider first. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may raise it with AIBDA as outlined in section 9, but our role is limited to facilitating communication, not enforcing settlements.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use the Store only for genuine, personal shopping needs.
- Do not impersonate another member, submit fake information, or attempt to access another user’s account.
- Do not use the Store to harass Providers, send spam, or place orders you have no intention of completing.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or republish Store content (product listings, Provider details, images) without written permission.
6. Provider Listings
- Providers are independently verified AIBDA members. They are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their goods/services, and compliance with applicable laws.
- AIBDA reviews Provider applications before approval, but approval is not an endorsement of any specific product or service.
- AIBDA may suspend or remove any Provider or listing that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Store’s name, logo, design, code, and editorial content are owned by AIBDA. Product images, names, and descriptions are owned by the respective Providers and may be protected by their own copyrights or trademarks. You may not copy or reuse this content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store, at any time and without prior notice, if:
- your AIBDA membership lapses, is revoked, or is found to be invalid;
- you violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law;
- you abuse the Store in a way that harms Providers, other members, or AIBDA.
9. Disputes & Limitation of Liability
- The Store is provided “as is”. AIBDA makes no warranty regarding product quality, fitness for purpose, or transaction outcomes.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBDA’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Store is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid AIBDA directly — not amounts paid to Providers.
- For complaints, write to us at the contact details in section 11. Indian law governs these Terms. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
